Synopsis

Continuing directly Issue #27, Moon Knight is falling from the top of the Brooklyn Bridge. He sinks into the river. Both Marlene and Scarlet fear he is dead. While drowning, Marc has visions of Khonshu, his Father, and even his brother, Randall. Marlene asks Khonshu to help Marc, while Scarlet simultaneously prays to Jesus for the same. Both drop to their knees out of despair and are both touched by their hand of their respective idol. Marc sees a beam of light and follows it to the surface, believing it to be Khonshu resurrecting him once again. Reaching the surface, it's revealed that the light is from the Mooncopter--Marlene and Frenchie are there to rescue him. As they fly off, Scarlet shows up in a boat, too late. Angry at God tormenting her, she declares, "THIS WORLD MUST BURN!!"
